  • Referral partners must be a complimentary solution to PaySpace i.e, Time & Attendance, Accounting Software Reseller, Accountants.
  • Successful leads earn 20% for the first 12 months on monthly billing.
  • Commission is paid quarterly following the referred customer’s payroll going live, having been invoiced and at least 1 payment received on the account.
  • Commission is passed as discount/rebate on the referral partner’s PaySpace invoice.
  • Only recurring payslip revenue is eligible for commission.

  • Previous experience in selling or supporting Accounting, Payroll & HR systems >5 Years.
  • Business partner will support the customer directly.
  • Existing customer base >50 serviceable customers.
  • Submit annual business and marketing plan.

Lead Logging

Referral & Outsourcing Business Partners must log all leads using the online form. Only online logged leads will be acknowledged for commission purposes. The Business Partner will be notified if the logged lead is a duplicate lead logged by another Business Partner or if the customer has made direct contact with PaySpace. The party that successfully concludes the deal will qualify for the rebate of the lead.

Direct customers of PaySpace that are already committed to purchasing the software will not be eligible for Referral Business Partner Margin.

Partner Code of Conduct

The standards of conduct described in this PaySpace Code of Conduct are critical to the ongoing success of PaySpace’s relationship with all Business Partners. Business Partners are required to adhere to and meet all the requirements of the Code of Conduct.
