We are inviting all Payroll and HR professionals who are unemployed or retrenched to become PaySpace Payroll and HR Software heroes. The future is in the cloud, and we want to provide you with new skills to future-proof your career. Become PaySpace accredited for free!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • You must be available for full-time online training for the month of February 2022.
  • Training takes place from 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday for the month of February.
  • You must have a laptop to work from and a stable internet connection. Cellphone hotspots don’t work well.
  • A minimum of two years’ payroll experience is required.
  • A good understanding of payroll legislation is fundamental to the program.
  • Applications will close on Monday 17 January 2022 at 17:00.
  • Candidates will be informed of the application status by 24 January 2022.

PROGRAMME

  • Payroll processing on PaySpace
  • Configuration of company parameters according to various customised requirements
  • Setting up a new company on PaySpace
  • Understand and define security roles
  • Complete a mid-tax year / tax year-end process on PaySpace
  • Set up the Performance Management module
  • Write customised reports in Cloud Analytics
  • Continuous assessment in preparation for the accreditation assessment

Notes You will receive access to the training environment for the duration of the training.

  • Virtual classroom session attendance is mandatory to receive the accreditation assessment.
  • The training program is PaySpace accredited training and not accredited by SAQA.
  • The training program provides an added skill to your CV and does not guarantee employment.
  • The training program emphasises technical training on PaySpace; fundamental knowledge of payroll legislation is a pre-requisite.
  • Practice and study after the virtual classroom sessions are advised, as the program is aimed to provide as much possible technical knowledge.
  • The required pass rate for the final accreditation assessment is 75%.
