Smooth Onboarding: New hires are instantly added to Floatpays as they're onboarded in Deel Local Payroll. Live Updates: Changes to salary, contact info, or banking details are updated in Floatpays without any manual action. Auto-Offboarding: If an employee is terminated in Deel Local Payroll, they're automatically deactivated on Floatpays as well. Frequent Syncs Data between Deel Local Payroll and Floatpays syncs every 2–3 hours, ensuring timely updates and high data accuracy, with low admin and high accuracy.
