We partner with employers to integrate directly with Deel Local Payroll, so staff can request earned wage access and responsible salary-backed loans, with repayments collected automatically through payroll. We believe financial stress should not define someone's month. Too many hardworking people turn to loan sharks or expensive payday credit simply because payday is still a few days away. Payday Parachute offers a regulated, payroll-integrated alternative: transparent fees, affordability checks, and automatic deductions so employees get relief, and employers carry none of the credit risk. Beyond advances, we support longer-term wellbeing through payroll-linked savings and clear, self-service tools employees can use on their phone. Payday Parachute is a registered credit provider, built for South African payroll, credit, and data-protection rules. We fund every advance. How the integration works

The integration works via a secure API connection. Payday Parachute syncs daily with each client's Deel Local Payroll instance to keep employee, employment, earnings, and pay-cycle data up to date. Eligible staff enrol with their South African ID and consent; once verified, available earned wages and loan options are calculated from live payroll data. Approved advances are funded by Payday Parachute, and repayments, EWA recoveries, and savings contributions are posted automatically as payroll deductions for month-end processing and reconciliation with minimal effort from the employer.
