New Feature

New Payroll Component Features

Suppress interim run calculations

A new "Do not calculate on interim run" setting has been added that prevents recurring payroll components from calculating during interim runs, while still allowing manual once-off amounts to be processed.

Cross-component global search

The Payroll Components screen now includes a global search field that filters across all component types simultaneously, eliminating the need to search each tab individually.

Both options will route your request directly to our team.

Security permissions for Business Partners

The "If a user has access to multiple companies, apply the security permissions linked to the respective security roles within each company" setting does not apply to Business Partner users, only to Company Level users.

If a Business Partner user is attached to multiple security roles, the security role with the least access will apply across the group of companies.

Security Guide

Single sign-on vs multi-factor authentication

Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) serve different security purposes. SSO allows users to authenticate once and access multiple systems without re-entering credentials. MFA adds an extra security layer by requiring two or more verification methods (password, authenticator app, biometric, etc.) before granting access.
