About

Deel HRIS is Deel's native HR management system, built to manage the full employee lifecycle across 150+ countries. When connected to Deel Local Payroll, the two platforms share a single employee record — so HR data entered once flows automatically into payroll processing, removing the need to maintain parallel records in separate systems.

How it works

New hire sync: When an employee is onboarded in Deel HRIS, a payroll record is automatically created in Deel Local Payroll — no duplicate data entry required. One-time entry: Employee information is captured once in Deel HRIS and shared seamlessly — eliminating the cost and risk of maintaining duplicate records. Profile sync: Personal details, banking information, and demographic data stay current across both systems whenever a change is made in Deel HRIS. Contract alignment: Employment terms, salary, and position changes in Deel HRIS are automatically reflected in the payroll record — keeping comp data accurate and audit-ready. Payroll engine push: Payroll inputs — including hours, allowances, and deductions — are pushed directly into the Deel Local Payroll calculation engine, ready to run. G2N data: Gross-to-net payroll calculations are computed in Deel Local Payroll and returned to Deel HRIS, giving HR teams visibility into net pay without leaving their system. Payslip import: Completed payslips are automatically imported back into Deel HRIS, so employees can view their pay history in one unified place — no additional access to a separate payroll portal required.
