We will explore the information that should display in the EEA2 and EEA4 reports and address the relevant fields that need to be completed on the payroll.
Additional reports that break down the detail of information included in the statutory reports are explained.Â

After completing this workshop, you will be able to:
- Understand the purpose of the Employment Equity Act
- Identify a designated employer
- Clarify who is included in the designated groups
- Convey the deadlines for manual and electronic submissions
- Provide a summary of the Employment Equity Reports
- Apply the report parameters to extract the Employment Equity Reports
- Use the EEA2 Detail Report to clarify and support the information in the EEA2 Report
- Use the EEA4 Detail Report to clarify and support the information in the EEA4 Report
- Understand remuneration for the purpose of the EEA4 Report
- Set up the payroll to extract remuneration per frequency
- Clarify the effect on the EEA Statutory Reports when reinstating an employee starting a new tax record as well as reinstating an employee resuming the tax record
- Clarify the effect on the EEA Statutory Reports when transferring an employee between frequencies or companies

Once the booking has been confirmed, the cost of the course will be invoiced to your PaySpace account.
Other interested delegates:
Once the booking has been confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you for payment prior to attending the Employment Equity Training course.
Cancellations
A booking can be cancelled up to two weeks prior to the scheduled date. Thereafter, no cancellations will be accepted, but substitutes are welcome. Attendee substitutions must be made at least 1 working day prior to the course date. If not, you will be liable for costs incurred by PaySpace for the arrangement of this training course.
