Who should attend
This online course is exclusive for registered PaySpace Business Partners. The training will equip partners with the required knowledge and skills to successfully implement a customised payroll for their customers.
Business Partner Training Course Outline
Day 1Â PaySpace Essentials (8h30 – 16h30)
The PaySpace Essentials Training will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to process a complete payroll cycle on PaySpace. The content covered in this course will enable you to take full ownership of all your periodic relevant payroll tasks.
Day 2 & 3Â PaySpace Advanced Features (8h30 – 16h30)
Advanced Features Training will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to configure and maintain parameters on company level, thereby maximising the advanced functionalities on PaySpace.
Day 4Â Building a Company (8h30 – 16h30)
Now that you understand how the system is configured and what process to follow to ensure success, this optional exercise can support you to create your own PaySpace Company. You will have the opportunity to analyse and apply prior knowledge gained and thereby clarify any outstanding uncertainties.
Assessment Day (8h30 – 17h00)
The assessment Date is arranged with the lecturer. A theoretical and practical assessment is completed to show case your knowledge and skills and to obtain your PaySpace Business Partner Certificate

Documentation
A comprehensive reference guide of Essentials and Advanced Feature Training will be uploaded on PaySpace after the training has been completed.

Training confirmation
After completing the online booking for the Business Partner training, you will receive an e-mail specifying the course details.
The training schedule is subject to change, with a minimum of 48 hours notification in the event of a cancellation.

For registered Business Partners
Once the booking has been confirmed, the cost of the course will be invoiced to your PaySpace account.

Less than 14 days: You may substitute an attendee but no refund will be issued.
Please ensure substitute details are confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled training.
