MyBento reduces manual work by enabling HR teams and employees to self-manage benefits, reimbursement claims, and key HR information — without the need for manual data transfer to payroll administrators. Through our two-way integration with Deel Local Payroll, updates to medical aid plans, retirement contributions, and approved expense claims are automatically reflected in the employee’s draft payslip. Employees can submit and track reimbursement claims based on employer-set budgets. Once approved, these are automatically pushed to the next payslip.
The integration also supports self-service updates to personal details (such as banking information, addresses, and emergency contacts), leave applications, and payslip downloads — all from a single, unified platform.
Getting started is quick and easy: generate API credentials in Deel Local Payroll, and we’ll configure your employer profile on MyBento. Once connected to the Deel Local Payroll API, employee data is securely imported — allowing you to activate and manage benefits and HR features with minimal setup time.
