It also offers financial education, budget planning tools, and debt management support, all fully integrated with Deel Local Payroll.
Through this partnership, Deel clients can provide powerful, no-cost benefits that improve employee wellbeing, boost retention, and reduce payroll admin. Money club by Floatpays empowers employees to take control of their finances, without adding any extra work for HR teams
How the Integration works
- Floatpays integrates directly with Deel Local Payroll to pull all payroll information—no manual uploads or interventions required from employers.
- Auto-Sync of Active Employees: All current employees in Deel Local Payroll are automatically synced to Floatpays.
- New hires are instantly added to Floatpays as they’re onboarded in Deel Local Payroll.
- Changes to salary, contact info, or banking details are updated in Floatpays without any manual action.
- If an employee is terminated in Deel Local Payroll, they’re automatically deactivated on Floatpays as well.
- Data between Deel Local Payroll and Floatpays syncs every 2–3 hours, ensuring timely updates and high data accuracy, with low admin and high accuracy.
