How the integration works
Jem integrates directly with Deel Local Payroll to sync employee data into our system in real time, capturing changes as they happen – with the exception of bank details, which sync on an hourly basis
This powers Jem’s platform with live employee data, enabling payslips, HR communications and benefits to be delivered to employees via WhatsApp.
Payslip distribution, leave management, and full bidirectional sync are currently in active development.
