How the integration works
The PeopleFlow and Deel Local Payroll API integration further streamlines payroll onboarding by eliminating manual data entry and reducing administrative overhead.
Users can download Deel Local Payroll-compatible sheets directly from the platform, automatically categorising employees for onboarding or reinstatement based on their Group Join Date. This syncs back via API. These sheets enable bulk imports, ensuring efficiency while serving as a data validation tool to catch and correct data errors before processing.
For terminations, PeopleFlow exports data into Deel Local Payroll termination sheets, allowing bulk terminations with ease. Alternatively, terminations initiated in Deel Local Payroll can be processed in batches through PeopleFlow, ensuring smooth and accurate payroll management
