About
People care for people. Paymenow is inspired by people and powered by technology.
Paymenow is a pioneering financial wellness platform built to empower, liberate, and uplift.
At our core, we believe financial freedom is not a luxury — it’s a right. That’s why we’ve created a solution that puts the power back into the hands of hardworking individuals by giving them early access to a portion of their earned wages, without the burden of debt or high-interest loans.
We partner with employers to integrate directly with payroll systems, offering a seamless, responsible alternative to loan sharks, payday lenders, and financial desperation. But Paymenow is more than just early wage access. It’s a full-circle approach to financial wellbeing. From interest-bearing savings accounts and no-fee voucher purchases for essentials, to access to free financial literacy training, Paymenow equips users with the tools to make smarter, healthier money decisions — now and for the future.
Our mission is deeply human. We are not just a tech solution — we are a movement. A movement to break the cycle of poverty, reduce financial stress, and restore dignity. We are people, and people care for people.
How the integration works
The integration works via a secure API share. Paymenow syncs daily, directly with each client’s Deel Local Payroll instance, to ensure that the most up-to-date payroll information is made available on Paymenow for each employee.
Benefits of the integration
Seamless Employee Information Transfer
- Minimal administrative burden for authorized users.
- Automated, safe, and secure updates of employee information via Deel Local Payroll to Paymenow.
- Authorised users can manage employees’ access to Paymenow via Deel Local Payroll.
