Our core function is payroll payments coupled with a seamless reconciliation tool that reduces the headache of reconciliations from days to minutes. 

We deliver multi-faceted services that streamline employer’s administrative processes and deliver paper-based documentation to employees via our mobile applications.

How the integration works

Payroll Payments (Profile Integrate)

The Profile Payment system interfaces to all the major payroll systems in the Republic. The system handles all three payment streams off a payroll system:

  • Garnishee Orders (Emolument Attachment Orders – EAO’s)
  • Third Party payments (Medical Aid, Pension/Provident, Unions etc) 
  • Nett Pays (Salary Payments).

Time & Attendance (eClocker)

eClocker has cutting edge technology bringing you Time and Attendance with geo location and photo reference to eliminate buddy clocking.

The eClocker app has a Ticketing, Audio Announcements and Communications module where you can communicate with your staff individually or as a group.

All communications through the app are date stamped and can be useful for CCMA cases.
